چکیده
The Peruvian Altiplano presents increasing fertility losses, being susceptible to natural erosion. For many years, conventional agricultural management has generated losses of the topsoil and deterioration soil properties, impacting in crop yields deepening degradation this vulnerable ecosystem. aim research was determine benefits cover crops against erosion, health quinoa yield. trial carried out Huancarani Cahualla towns, Mañazo district, Puno; with a randomized complete block design (RCBD) four treatments: without clover (Medicago hispida G.), vetch (Vicia villosa) mulch covers. We evaluated physical, chemical, biological characteristics soil, biomass results showed that treatments clover, covers reduced erosion by 59.61%, 51.87% 49.50%, respectively. Likewise, use increased organic carbon (29.71% 31.16%), nitrogen (36.94% 48.65%), available phosphorus (26.11%). Finally, associated yield grain 17% significantly. These show have great potential for restoring improving

The Worldwide Potential for Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)
Quinoa is a highly nutritious food product, being cultivated for several thousands years in South America, with an outstanding protein quality and a high content of a range of vitamins and minerals. Other positive aspects of quinoa are the saponins found in the seed hull and the lack of gluten. Quinoa is one of the main food crops in the Andean mountains, but during recent times there has been ...
متن کاملDistribution of minerals in quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) seeds.
The distribution of minerals in quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) seed was examined using energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDX) in combination with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Phosphorus, K, and Mg coincided in localization in embryonic tissue. Since phytin globoids have been known to localize in protein bodies in embryonic cells of quinoa seed, it is thought that P is attributed...

Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.), which is considered a pseudocereal or pseudograin, has been recognized as a complete food due to its protein quality. It has remarkable nutritional properties; not only from its protein content (15%) but also from its great amino acid balance. It is an important source of minerals and vitamins, and has also been found to contain compounds like polyphenols, ph...
متن کاملAntioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities of Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) Seeds Cultivated in Korea
The objective of this study was to investigate the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of quinoa cultivated in Korea and to compare it with imported quinoa from the USA and Peru. The highest amount of total flavonoid contents (TFC) with 20.91 mg quercetin equivalents/100 g was measured in quinoa seed extract cultivated in Korea, while the total phenolic contents (TPC) were significantly hi...
متن کاملIdentification of Microsatellite Markers Associated with Important Agronomic Traits in Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa, Willd)
In this research, 50 quinoa genotypes were investigated using 40 pairs of microsatellite markers (SSR) to identify the superior genotypes in terms of grain yield, the components affecting it, and the features linked to the studied traits were also introduced using Association Analysis. The study of grain yield traits and the factors affecting it showed that the traits of day to physiological ma...
